Convert Market Truck to Own Truck

ML Executive

  1. Step 1: Navigate to Profile → Trucks and search for the truck.


  1. Step 2: Update Operated By to TranCo.

  1. Step 3: Submit the request.


ML Manager

  1. Go to Profile → Trucks → Requests Pending for Approval.


  1. Review and approve the request if needed


Post-Approval Effect
When this truck is selected in a Trip Request, the sourcing type will be "Own Truck".

Note: This process is applicable only for converting a Market Truck to an Own Truck. The reverse (Own Truck to Market Truck) will require approval from higher management.
